Octave Reliance Quality Events

The Quality Events application can manage a broad range of unplanned deviations and quality issues including audit findings, customer complaints, customer feedback, non-conformances, out-of-specification events, out-of-trend events, procedure deviations, regulatory deviations, lab investigations and planned deviations. Organizations can choose from a library of predefined quality event types or create custom event categories to match their specific needs and industry requirements.

Quality Events includes optional sections to integrate with other Reliance applications such as Audits, Document Control, Supply Chain Management, Customer Complaints, Customer Feedback, Lab Investigation, Planned Deviations, NCM and CAPAs. This integration provides a unified quality management ecosystem where events can be linked to related processes, investigations can reference relevant documents and corrective actions can be initiated directly from Quality Event records.
