Octave expands Reliance® NXG Quality Management System with AI-powered quality intelligence, enterprise security enhancements and connected supplier quality workflows

HUNTSVILLE, AL - Octave Intelligence plc (Nasdaq: OCTV), a global leader in software for the world’s mission-critical facilities and infrastructure, today announced the latest release of Reliance NXG Cloud Platform, delivering innovations that extend its vision of a connected, intelligent quality management platform. The release introduces AI-powered Complaint Intelligence and Natural Language Smart Search, expands enterprise security and compliance capabilities and delivers connected supplier qualification and audit workflows. Together, these enhancements help organizations improve quality outcomes, strengthen compliance and increase operational efficiency.

"The new features and capabilities offered in Reliance NXG reflect our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation as we continue to raise the bar for how quality management systems help organizations meet evolving quality, compliance and operational requirements," said Vick Vaishnavi, head of Octave Reliance. "From natural language search and AI-powered complaint intelligence to connected supplier qualification workflows, these enhancements have been directly informed by customer feedback and the growing demand for more intelligent and automated approaches to quality management."

AI-Powered Complaint Intelligence for Regulated Industries

The enhanced AI-powered Complaint Intelligence capabilities help quality teams analyze and prioritize complaints more efficiently. The solution automatically generates structured summaries, identifies similar historical complaints and related investigations and provides AI-assisted assessments of customer urgency and potential product risk.

Together, these capabilities help teams reduce manual review efforts, accelerate investigations, improve consistency and focus attention on the issues with the greatest potential quality, business and customer impact.

AI-Powered Natural Language Search

AI-powered semantic search (Smart Search) allows users to find quality records using everyday language rather than exact keywords. By combining semantic understanding with traditional search, Reliance NXG can surface more relevant records, automatically apply filters derived from user intent and support cross-language search experiences for global teams. The result is faster access to critical quality information across large volumes of records and applications.

Enhanced Enterprise Security, Compliance and Governance

The latest release expands Reliance NXG's enterprise security capabilities to help organizations strengthen governance, reduce risk and support compliance initiatives. New automated identity lifecycle management streamlines user provisioning and deprovisioning through integration with enterprise identity providers. Self-service IP-based access controls give organizations greater control over network access, while multi-factor authentication helps secure supplier, contractor and other external user accounts. Together, these enhancements provide additional layers of protection for quality-critical data and processes.

Connected Supplier Qualification and Audits Management

New versions of the Suppliers, Materials and Chemicals (SMC) and Audits Management applications introduce integrated supplier qualification capabilities that connect supplier management and audit activities within a unified workflow. Organizations can manage qualification, requalification, supplier audits and compliance activities through a structured process that maintains full traceability from evaluation through approval.

By automatically synchronizing audit outcomes, qualification decisions and supplier records, the solution reduces manual effort while improving visibility into supplier performance and compliance status. Enhanced supplier profiles, certification management and automated requalification processes help organizations strengthen supplier oversight and reduce supplier-related quality risk.

The release also includes enhancements to the Audits Management application that streamline audit planning, execution and reporting while enabling organizations to align audit findings with the appropriate follow-up processes, including CAPAs, supplier corrective actions, nonconformances and other quality workflows.

Together, these enhancements reinforce Octave's commitment to delivering a connected, intelligent quality management platform that helps organizations reduce risk, strengthen compliance, improve operational efficiency and make more informed quality decisions across the product lifecycle.
