The 2026 APAC Ovations recipients are:
APAC Intelligence Unleashed Ovation
The APAC Intelligence Unleashed Ovation recognizes organizations that integrate multiple technologies and data sources to create new levels of operational intelligence and business performance.
Winner: S-OIL - S-OIL established a modern operational environment through the adoption of multiple Octave solutions, leveraging Facets P&ID, Forte 3D, Facets Instrumentation and SmartPlant Foundation. Through this initiative, S-OIL developed a Smart P&ID Portal that enables more efficient operations, improves engineering data reliability and provides integrated management of critical engineering information across the organization.
APAC Innovator Ovation
The APAC Innovator Ovation recognizes organizations that embrace new approaches to improve operational performance, reliability and business outcomes.
Winner: Coupang - Coupang, a U.S. technology company headquartered in Seattle with global operations including in Korea and Taiwan, has transformed asset management operations by using Octave solutions to reduce equipment downtime, improve materials and inventory management, establish structured preventative, predictive and prescriptive reliability strategies to extend asset life and improve operational excellence. Through a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement, Coupang is demonstrating how intelligent asset management can deliver measurable business value at scale.
APAC customers recognized on the global stage
The strength of innovation across the region was also reflected in this year's previously announced global awards program.
PETRONAS was named the global winner of the Operate Ovation, recognizing its success in converting operational data into actionable intelligence that supports improved performance, reliability and operational effectiveness.
Chiyoda Corporation was recognized as a global finalist in the Build Ovation, honoring organizations that optimize construction planning and execution by connecting teams, materials and data to improve project outcomes.
These achievements underscore APAC’s growing influence in driving innovation across the design, build and operate lifecycle and highlight the region's role in defining the future of industrial intelligence.
