The Australian Club Consortium (ACC) operates one of Australia’s largest roadside networks, supporting over 3.5 million members across five motoring clubs.
To scale nationally, it needed a dispatch platform built for performance, coordination and future growth.
ACC and Octave announced the launch of a fully managed, cloud-hosted dispatch platform, marking a major milestone in their long-standing national technology partnership. This upgrade will deepen a decade of collaboration and set a new benchmark for cloud-managed dispatch services in the roadside assistance sector.
Built on Octave OnCall (formerly HxGN OnCall) and hosted on Microsoft Azure, the platform enables all five ACC-member clubs — RACQ (Queensland), RAC (Western Australia), RAA (South Australia), RACT (Tasmania) and AANT (Northern Territory) — to maintain local operations while benefiting from a nationally integrated, resilient cloud service.
