Jennifer Kaplan serves as the Chief People Officer for Octave where she is responsible for the strategic direction of the global human resources function. Prior to joining Octave, Jennifer served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at Hexagon. Jennifer's career spans more than 25 years, during which she has held various leadership roles within global software, services and hardware companies. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
