更安全的道路始于更智能的路侧安全解决方案

Octave provides a connected operational platform that combines dispatch, mobile, analytics and physical security to help roadside agencies coordinate incidents, improve response times and strengthen operational visibility.

Yes. With Octave Coda (formerly HxGN dC3), organizations can integrate video management software (VMS) systems, CCTV and other physical security technologies into one operational platform, providing operators with real-time visibility during roadside incidents.

Octave technology helps dispatchers identify the closest available resources, track field personnel in real time and coordinate responses through intelligent workflows that reduce delays and improve service delivery. Octave OnCall Auto Dispatch (formerly HxGN OnCall Dispatch | Automatic Dispatch) uses mathematical models to generate accurate ETAs so customers know when to expect a patrol to arrive. OnCall Auto Dispatch also manages an agency’s patrols and contractors in the most cost-efficient manner and reduces the number of physical dispatchers required, with some agencies auto dispatching over 90% of their jobs.
