Octave’s new 3DD line of ABS filament sets a new standard of excellence in the 3D printing world. We use only the best quality, virgin ABS pellets from which our product is extruded under strict quality control. Additives for color or glow in the dark are thoroughly tested to minimize changing the characteristics of the plastic in which they are mixed. Production lines are fully automated and constantly maintained. As filament is carefully wound onto new study reels, checks on diameter and roundness are constantly being made. Finally product is weighed to ensure a full reel and then labeled and packaged along with silica gel to combat dampness and prevent filament contamination by water.
