CD Copy Master Update: "Technical Support Phones are not ringing"
With hundreds of units in the field our technical support lines have been amazingly quiet.
We have had a total of five real problems! The other handful of 'problems' have either been media related i.e. recording at 24x on low speed media or people not reading the user manual. The CD Copy Master Quick Reference Guide with getting started instructions and an operational flowchart is all a user really needs. It is easy to start duplicating within seconds of plugging the system in. If a user wants to get access the full capabilities of the Copy Master this can be achieved in ten minutes with the Operational Flowchart. Full system functions and system checking are a few button presses away. We even use the built in features to test and burn-in machines ourselves here at the plant after assembly.
